The KKPIT XNR is a 1/7 scale 4WD electric rally car designed for advanced RC drivers who demand speed, control, and durability across any terrain. Based on KKPIT’s modular KRL platform, it combines an optimized gearbox layout, balanced chassis configuration, and high-end materials for unmatched performance and serviceability.
New-generation drivetrain innovations include patented helical bevel gears with a 1.25M pitch modulus, offering increased engagement surface, reduced transmission noise, and superior torsional resistance. The precision-machined gear-lock system with 3mm (0.12″) steel pins eliminates axial play and ensures long-term drivetrain stability even under 6S/8S power setups.
A fully modular battery and electronics layout lets users switch between single or dual battery configurations, allowing flexible setups for 4S, 6S, or lighter 2S/3S use. The dual-battery configuration positions the ESC centrally and enables 3D weight distribution tuning, improving handling dynamics and fine-tuning the center of gravity.
Crafted for durability, the 4.5mm (0.18″) chrome steel center dogbone, 4mm (0.16″) CVD driveshafts, and heat-treated outdrives ensure the powertrain can withstand extreme torque. A new quick-access gearbox enables fast servicing without removing suspension arms, while the 46T steel center diff gear delivers longer life with a lightweight design.
The car features fully CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminum shock towers, braces, Ackermann plate, and turnbuckles, ensuring strength and rigidity. A composite shock shield protects against debris, while 16mm threaded big-bore shocks offer tunable dampening via replaceable pistons and oil flow control.
Suspension and geometry are fully adjustable, with multiple tuning points for camber, toe, caster, roll behavior, ride height, and suspension travel. Rear toe-in and anti-squat angles are adjustable using 5-position pivot inserts with 180° rotation capability.
The body post system supports adjustable height, width, and angle, accommodating a variety of body shells. Wheelbase can be adjusted from 364mm (14.33″) to 368mm (14.49″) for different track demands.

Build Options
We offer the KKPIT XNR rally car in three build options:
- Self-Build Kit - The self build kit requires assembly by the user and comes with a clear un-painted body shell. This kit doesn't include any electronics or radio gear.
- Almost Ready to Run (ARR) - The almost ready to run option includes the pre-built model with a pre-painted body shell but does not include any electrics or radio gear.
- Ready to run (RTR) - The ready to run option includes the pre-assembled model with the below electrics installed - batteries are not included but are available seperately.
- RTS 3660 / 3800KV motor
- RTS EIPEE 150A 2-6S ESC with dual XT60 series harness
- RTS D25 6V/20KG steering servo
- DUMBORC DDF350 LCD display remote control.
If choosing the Self-Build Kit or the Almost Ready to Run (ARR) option, we recommend adhering to the below minimum electrics specifications:
- Recommended servo with torque not less than a 9kg rating
- Motor should be not less than 3660 size (min. dia. 36mm).
- Recommended ESC: 120A and 2S or above. 7.4V BEC or above
Important Information
All KKPIT models (including the RTR version) require the user to install all body-shell accessories/trims, LED lights and decals where applicable. Also, KKPIT models do not come with paper-back manuals - the manual and all assembly instructions are available digitally and are to be downloaded by the user. Links below:
