Free Delivery (UK Wide)
If your order total is above £34.99 then it will automatically be eligible for free delivery.
The free delivery offer will utilise a 24 working hour delivery service provided by either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce Express 24 depending on both the size and value of your order. 

Free delivery is available to addresses in the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. A small charge is applicable for Channel Islands locations.

Please note Royal Mail deliveries operate Monday to Saturday only. Parcelforce deliveries operate Monday to Friday only. If you wish to have your goods delivered by Parcelforce on a Saturday we do provide this option as premium and is available to choose at the checkout. See Saturday Service below for more details.

International Delivery
International delivery is available for most countries within the EU, North America and Asia.

Delivery to most EU countries will take 4-6 business days. Delivery to North America and Asia can take 5-7 business days. This delivery service is fully tracked and tracking information will be made available. The delivery estimate for each international destination is presented at checkout. Please note for locations determined by couriers as remote or inaccessible there may be extra charges due. This is out of our control but we will always make you aware of this and give you the option to contribute to the cost or cancel the order for a full refund. 

Some products like individual batteries and nitro fuel may be unavailable for international delivery. You will be notified of this during the checkout process.

Important - please be aware that Serious-RC are unable to collect any local taxes or duties for international orders. Therefore, by placing an order on seriousrc.co.uk, you as the buyer assume full responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes and fees that may be due. 

Delivery service and Cut Off Time
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and for security reasons can only ship to the cardholders registered address.

Unless otherwise stated on the item description, we always endeavour to dispatch UK Mainland orders the same working day if ordered before 12.30pm Monday to Friday. However any goods ordered after 12.30pm on Fridays or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Please note, order processing times exclude bank holidays.

Most orders are sent out via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour service. Physically large orders, or orders weighing over 8KG will be dispatched via the Parcelforce Express 24 service. If you miss a delivery a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.

Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local courier depot or post office collection point.

Delivery Times (UK)
We use a 24 hour delivery service as standard within the UK Mainland for every order (excludes Sunday).

Tracking details can be provided for all items. Please be aware that once an item is dispatched from our warehouse, it is out of our control, as we rely on third party courier services to get your goods to you on time. Due to this we cannot guarantee delivery times, regardless of what delivery option is used.

Please note that the 24 hour delivery service provided by the courier cannot be an absolute guarantee of service. It represents the standard we aspire to achieve on goods marked as such. Courier delays outside of our control can impact delivery times. We will not pay compensation or refund postage should your delivery arrive late.
